At Crown Hill Homes NW, we talk a lot about helping people love where they live. But to us, that means much more than helping someone find the right house.

A home is part of a neighborhood. A neighborhood is part of a community. And strong communities are built when people show up, get involved, support local businesses, meet their neighbors, and create places where families genuinely enjoy spending their time.

That’s exactly why we love participating in local events like the Lake Stevens Farmers Market.

For our recent market day, the Crown Hill Homes NW team wanted to bring something that would be genuinely fun for families—not simply set up a real estate booth.

So we brought the fun!

We hosted a bouncy house where kids could burn off some energy, set up a house drawing and coloring station for our younger visitors, and brought giant lawn Yahtzee and Tetris for everyone to enjoy.

We also had giveaways throughout the day and handed out our Crown Hill Homes NW community bags and Seahawks schedule magnets—because around here, football season is definitely something worth planning for! 🏈

But our favorite part wasn't what we handed out.

It was getting to spend the day talking with people.

We met local families, visited with familiar faces, connected with other businesses and vendors, watched kids play, and simply enjoyed being part of everything happening around us.

When you work in real estate, it's easy to focus on houses, contracts, interest rates, inspections, negotiations, and closing dates.

Those things matter. But they're only part of the story.

We live and work in Snohomish County, and the communities we serve are the same communities where people are raising their families, opening businesses, coaching sports teams, attending farmers markets, supporting schools, walking their dogs, meeting friends, and building their lives.

Knowing a community means understanding more than its housing inventory.

It means knowing what makes people want to live there.

Events like the Lake Stevens Farmers Market are a perfect example. They create an opportunity for residents to shop from local vendors, support small businesses, spend time together, and strengthen the connections that turn a city into a community.

For Crown Hill Homes NW, community involvement isn't about showing up with a stack of business cards and hoping someone needs a Real Estate Broker.

It's about actually showing up.

Sometimes that means sponsoring a bouncy house.

Sometimes it means volunteering, supporting another local business, providing something useful to families, or simply creating a space where people can have a little fun.

And yes, sometimes it means standing outside on a beautiful Snohomish County day watching kids attempt to build a giant Tetris tower without knocking the whole thing over!

Those moments matter to us.

We're incredibly fortunate to work throughout Snohomish County and help people buy and sell homes in communities like Lake Stevens, Marysville, Arlington, Snohomish, Stanwood and the surrounding areas.

These aren't simply markets we serve. They're communities we care about.

We believe a great local real estate team should know the neighborhoods, understand the market, support local businesses, build relationships, and be invested in what happens here long after a transaction closes.
